Our Story

JGS Luxe Scent was inspired by family, fragrance and legacy. The brand began with my mother, who has always had a deep love for perfume and a natural way of making every scent smell beautiful on her skin. The name JGS represents the initials of her three children, making the brand deeply personal and rooted in family.

The idea came to life during a trip to Dubai in December 2024, where we explored creating our own fragrances. What started as a light-hearted conversation about my mother one day having her own perfume brand became a vision I felt inspired to bring to life as her eldest daughter.

JGS Luxe Scent is also shaped by resilience. Even during difficult times, including a period when we experienced homelessness, my mother always taught us the importance of presenting ourselves with dignity, dressing well, smelling good and carrying ourselves with character. She believed that how you present yourself, including how you smell, leaves a lasting impression.

This belief inspired the brand tagline, “Where scent becomes story.” Each JGS fragrance is designed to become part of the wearer’s own story, creating memories, confidence and a lasting presence wherever they go.
